Welcome to Debbie Bailey

NCCAP welcomes Debbie Bailey and a returning Kathy Hughes to the NCCAP Board of Directors. Debbie Bailey, ACC is the Director of Lifestyles for 475 residents in a full continuum of care retirement community in Colorado Springs, CO. She is married and has two children. She has a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Arts in Health Facilities Management. She is a music therapist-board certified and is currently the VP on the Board of Directors for NCCAP.

Kathy Hughes, ADC is the director of activities at Vivian Teal Howard in Syracuse, New York. Kathy is active on both the state and local levels in assisting others in their pursuit of becoming nationally certified, by offering educational workshops and teaching the MEPAP courses. Kathy has resumed her role as the Special Interest chair for the NCCAP Board of Directors. NN
