MEPAP Training

training for the Modular Education Program for Activity
Professionals (MEPAP) Part 1, Basic Education Course
(BEC) and Part 2, Advanced Management Course (AMC),
is scheduled for Monday, August 5th, 2002, at Harrah's
Casino Hotel in Reno, Nevada.
If
you are interested in teaching the MEPAP courses in
your area, or in the surrounding states, and have the
following criteria, please contact the office ASAP to
register for the training. This will be the LAST training
offered until after the manuals are updated. The criteria/requirements
are:
1.
Bachelor degree/or certified as an ACC with NCCAP
2. Experience teaching adults
3. Current activity experience
Once
again, if you meet the above requirements, AND possess
an interest in teaching others, the foundation for the
activity profession, contact the office to register
now. DEADLINE for registration is JULY 10, 2002 (NCCAP
reserves the right to cancel this workshop if low attendance
does not merit training).
Registration
will be $300.00 and will include the administrative
book, training manuals for both the BEC and the AMC,
lunch, and a certificate of completion.
