The NCCAP Board of Directors determined at its Fall Board meeting that a permanent certification person needed to be appointed to the board. We currently have an individual that serves in that position on a rotation basis determined by the annual elections. Having a permanent person in that position will allow for consistency for the certification process. This position will include training new reviewers, reviewing the level changes and reporting to the Board of Directors any patterns, trends within the industry and within the process.

The Board is pleased to announce that the current CRC Liaison, Susan Archibald ACC, has accepted the appointment to this now-permanent position. NN
