Nominations Update

In early summer, letters and profiles were sent to all State Representatives for any interest in running for a position on the NCCAP Board. We received several calls and emails asking questions related to what the Board responsibilities entailed and length of term(s). The deadline for submission of nominations was September 15, 2004. NCCAP received six eligible candidates to fill the two Board positions that would be vacant in April of 2005. The Board reviewed the slate at the Fall Board meeting in November 2004. Ballots and profiles will be mailed to all certified individuals in January 2005 and all ballots have to be postmarked by February 1, 2005. Any ballots received after February 1, 2005 will not be valid.
