We encourage all professionals to long into their profile and make sure they have a personal email address listed.  We have found that professionals have listed work emails and are no longer employed at that specific community or the communities spam/firewalls are preventing notifications from being delivered by NCCAP.  This results in a professional not receiving a renewal notification and potentially be late for their renewal and having to pay a late fee.
