HYBRID ADC COMPLETE COURSE

The Hybrid ADC Complete Course combines independent online learning with scheduled live virtual sessions led by an NCCAP Licensed Instructor. Students complete assigned online modules before attending class, then participate in discussions and practical activities that help bring the material to life.

Live sessions provide opportunities to ask questions, receive instructor guidance, and learn alongside other Activity Professionals. This format is ideal for students who want flexibility between classes while following a structured schedule.

HOW THE HYBRID COURSE WORKS

✔ Learn independently: Complete the assigned online module before each scheduled live session.
✔ Apply what you learn: Join your instructor and classmates for live virtual discussions and application activities.
✔ Check your understanding: Complete the applicable module quiz after the live session.
✔ Prepare for the exam: Participate in exam preparation and complete the requirements to proceed to the National ADC Exam.

COURSE LENGTH & CLASS SCHEDULE

Hybrid courses are offered in two scheduling formats:

• Standard — 12 weeks: Live virtual sessions meet once per week.

• Accelerated — 6 weeks: Live virtual sessions meet twice per week.

Both formats include independent online coursework between live sessions. Students must follow their instructor’s schedule, meet coursework deadlines, and fulfill attendance requirements.

STUDENT PARTICIPATION

Students are expected to complete assigned online learning before each live session and actively participate in class discussions and activities. All required coursework, including practice-based learning assignments and applicable quizzes, must be completed.
